Policies

  1. Mainstream GAD in all plans, programs, projects and services in the four fold functions to ensure that the enforcement of the GAD Manual is a responsibility of all the offices of the university in active partnership with State Colleges and Universities, Civil Society Organization  (CSO) and the private sectors.
  2. Allocate, utilize and monitor the use of the GAD budget; women's participation in university activities for development and 
  3. Institute affirmative actions for women in various areas of concerns and enhance in decision-making;
  4. Eliminate gender biases in all policies, systems, procedures and maintain these gender fair adherent to the principles of empowerment and equality;
  5. Develop and strengthen mechanisms for mainstreaming GAD;
  6. Maintain constant awareness and vigilance in addressing existing and emerging gender issues and concerns in the University  to fully address discriminations and inequalities; and
  7. Take measures aimed at the eradication of all forms of abuse against human rights.
