November 21, 2022, after the flag raising ceremony in Caraga State University Cabadbaran Campus (CSUCC) Dr. Rolyn C. Daguil presided the first Executive Committee meeting of his administration at the Athenaeum Building of CSUCC.

Sen. Francis “Chiz” Escudero joined the Caraga State University and the co-organizing SUCs in the International Science and Technology for Development 2022 Forum (iSciTech4Dev 2022 Forum) held at the HERO Learning Commons Auditorium on November 17, 2022 on the 4^th day of the 5-day forum as Keynote Speaker.

The turnover ceremony for Presidency dubbed Pagsaulog formally happened on November 16, 2022 at the CSU-HERO Learning Commons Auditorium. The event was a mixture of hello, goodbye, and marked another new journey for CSU.
