A closer look at efficiency: Anti-Red Tape Authority conducted an on-site inspection

The Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA), through the Compliance Monitoring and Evaluation Office (CMEO), conducted an on-site inspection last May 4, 2023, at Caraga State University, specifically the Office of the University Registrar and Library Information Services Unit (HERO Learning Commons).
