Come and join us on May 19, 2017 at 6:00- 10: A.M. for our Forest Bathing and Trash Picking, Tree Caring and Tree Hugging with Poetry Reading activities and win a prize for hugging trees and reciting a poem on the spot.
Tree hugging is therapeutic, enlivening, and invigorating. According to info.ecosia.org, “Trees mean a happy environment, healthy people, and a strong economy."
Research has shown that we don’t even have to touch a tree to feel better, we just need to be within its vicinity and experience its beneficial effect.
