Admission Test (NSAE) Requirements

  • Photocopy of High School Report Card OR Certification from the High School Principal that the student is a graduating student
  • Transfer of Credentials (For Transferring Students only)
  • Two (2) copies of 1X1 ID picture attached to the marked places of the Application Form
  • Testing Fee (Non-Refundable)
    • P250.00 (for undergraduate programs) 
    • P400.00 (for graduate programs)
  • Duly Accomplished Form
