Registration

At the start of every academic year, registration procedures and enrollment flow charts are prepared for students to serve as guidelines.
 
A student must officially register within the scheduled registration period. However, registration can be extended for a guide period of five (5) days for late registrants with imposed fines for late registration.

Cross Enrollment / Registration

Within the University


No student shall be registered in any other college or department without the permission of the Dean of   the College where the student is primarily enrolled.

From Another Institution

No student registered in any other institution shall be admitted to the University without a written permit to cross enroll from the Dean or Registrar in that Institution. The permit shall state the number of units he or she is authorized to take in the University.

Cross enrollment maybe granted provided:

1. Subject is not offered in this Institute in the last semester of his course;
2. Major subject(s) in any curriculum is/are not allowed for cross-enrollment;
3. A student is only permitted to cross-enroll to an accredited Institution or other SUC's;
4. The total number of credit units enrolled in other Institutions and in this University shall not exceed the academic load required.
