Where are we in the Philippines?

The Caraga State University is strategically located along the Phil-Japan Friendship Highway which traverses Butuan City, Surigao City, Bayugan City, Cabadbaran City and the provinces of Agusan del Norte, Agusan del Sur, Surigao del Norte and Surigao del Sur, northeast of Mindanao, south of the Philippines (indicated by the letter A in the map below). The Metropolitan Manila, the Philippines'  business, political and industrial capital (indicated by letter E in the map), is just one hour and twenty five-minute-ride via plane to the City of Butuan.

The Butuan City Campus is nestled in a 232-hectare area, thirty-two (32) hectares of which is allocated for academic buildings and support facilities including a Gymnasium, while the remaining two-hundred (200) hectares of land is for production, research and extension projects of the University.

The Cabadbaran Campus is situated in Cabadbaran City of Agusan del Norte, located north of Butuan City.  Cabadbaran City, a newly established city,  can be reached by buses, jeepneys and multicabs along the Butuan City to Surigao City national road. In the average, a commuter will take 30-45 minutes to reach Cabadbaran City from Butuan City.
