Office of the Student Affairs and Services (OSAS)

The Office of Student Affairs and Services (OSAS) is headed by a Director designated by the President and as confirmed by the Board of Trustees for a term of one (1) year, without prejudice to a redesignation.

Duties and Functions. The Director of Student Affairs performs the following functions:

Serve as a link between the State College Administration and the student body and/or its component organizations and associations,
Provide opportunities for the students’ active involvement in the affairs of the State College;
Oversee the activities of all student organizations and provide guidance to students along social, cultural, educational and community leadership
Coordinate all registered and recognized student organizations to operate under the charter and rules of the State College;
Supervise and coordinate the functions and activities of the offices and personnel under him/her; and
Perform other related functions assigned to him/her.

Guidance and Counseling Office
Student Publications and Yearbook Office
Student Dormitories
Student Health Services
Student Organizations and Campus Ministry Program
Student Discipline
