• To work on biodiversity assessment of freshwater flora and fauna near key mining areas in Caraga Region
• Applicants should have a BS or MS in Biology, Ecology, Environmental Science or related field, and a keen interest in freshwater organisms (fish, benthic algae, plankton, macroinvertebrates).  
• Skill in animal histology preparations and animal tissue preparation for AAS is an advantage.
• Applicants must have excellent communication and scientific writing skills, and knowledgeable in experimental design and data analysis (GWA of 2.5 or better).
• The position will have an annual contract with potential extension up to a total of 3 years.
