Virtually speaking before the Public Information and Communication Web Officers, University Press (CSUPress), Management Information Systems (MIS), Public Information and Communication Office (PICO) and other members of the Office of the Vice President for Executive Operations and Auxilliary Services headed by Dr. Luisito I. Tabada, the dynamic Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Commissioner Jo Mark M. Libre inspired the members of the CSU family to work hard for a centralized branding image.

A communication expert himself, Commissioner Libre knows that a brand image is not just a logo; a brand image encompasses visual elements and brand associations like accuracy, quality, reliability, connectivity and speed. Brand image makes a good impression and makes an institution recognizable to its clients and stakeholders.

Dr. Joy C. Capistrano, OIC, Office of the CSU President and President of ASSCAT also gave a virtual cheerful opening statement. Notable was the uplifting presence of CSU Board of Regent member, Honorable Ronnie B. Azura (Representative, Office of Senator Francis “Chiz” Escudero) who initiated the face to face meeting with the said group through the OVPEOAS.

Also present was Hon. Alexander T. Demetillo CSU BOR member (Faculty Representative). The Committee for the Regulatory Information Management and Development of the University website with the Public Information Web Officers chaired by the PICO Director were encouraged to be more interactive and collaborative in all the quad media particularly to remain consistent, creative and innovative in updating the University website. The blended meeting happened at the Administration building conference room on October 12, 2022 and hosted by PIWO and Executive Assistant of the CSU Office of the President Eric Auguis. PICO
