Saceda Awards MIT to CSU President

Saceda Youth Lead (SYL) with its Founder/President Dr. Dave Saceda himself came to Caraga State University himself to confer the MIT Award or the Most Inspiring Teachers of the Republic of The Philippines award to CSU President, Dr. Anthony M.
