Reyes, a second-year Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BSIT) student at Caraga State University, and his fellow Captcha wildcard team members earned 2nd Place in the latest 2023 Hack4Gov National Competition held at the Manila Grand Opera Hotel, Santa Cruz, Manila last October 16, 2023. He was also a recipient of the Performance Excellence Award.

The Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) – Caraga Region recently held the Philippine Startup Challenge (PSC) - Regional Pitching Competition (RPC) via Zoom Platform on October 16, 2023. Ten (10) teams out of the 26 teams pitched their innovative ICT ideas and solutions in this year's RPC.
