Government Quality Awards Committee ( GQMC) Commends CSU for its ISO 9001-2015 Compliance

The Government Quality Management Committee (GQMC) on its 6th year of Recognition and National Convention has commended Caraga State University for successfully earning its ISO 9001-2015 certification. CSU is among the only 10 State Universities and Colleges (SUCs) out of the 112 in the Philippines that was given the recognition.

CSU Sets a Dialogue with Prospective Contractors for FY 2019 Infrastructure Projects

On October 4, 2018 a dialogue with prospective contractors were conducted for the various infrastructure projects of the University for FY 2019. The dialogue was spearheaded by the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) together with the General Services Unit, Planning and Development Unit, and the Office of the Campus Security Service.

 A Well Loved Leader, Dr. Penaso Gets Another Term as CSU President

August 17, 2018 is another milestone for Caraga State University as Dr. Anthony M. Penaso gets another term as Caraga State University President. A well-loved leader, Dr. Penaso was sworn in by CHED Commissioner Perfecto Alibin in the presence of all the Board of Regents members at the Grand Regal Hotel, Davao City on August 17, 2018. His second term begins on August 17, 2018 and ends on August 16, 2022.

 Agriculture Faculty in Netherlands for Pig Husbandry and Animal Feed Training

Mr. John Mark Ramada is currently in Netherlands for ten months training on International Diploma Course on Pig Husbandry and Animal Feed in Barneveld, the Netherlands. The course starts from August 2018 to May 2019. Mr. Ramada is under a scholarship program of Netherlands Fellowship Programmes from the Dutch government - Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

 BSP Awards CSU as Outstanding Regional Partner for Knowledge Resource Network

August 14, 2018, The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas has awarded the Caraga State University this year’s BSP prestigious award as Outstanding Regional Partner for Knowledge Resource Network. The awarding ceremony was held at the Mallberry Suites Business Hotel in Cagayan de Oro City.
