Ms. Marisol Jane M. Beray, a faculty of CSU-Cabadbaran Campus, won the Industry Ready Award at the Technology Transfer Conference 2025 Pitching Event hosted by the University of the Science and Technology of Southern Philippines (USTP) in Cagayan de Oro on February 7.
The pitching contest brought together innovators, researchers, and industry leaders from Region 10 and neighboring Mindanao universities and colleges to discuss the Technology Transfer and its role in empowering regional innovation.
Ms. Beray, a recognized expert at the Innovation & Technology Support Office/Technology Transfer and Licensing Office - Cabadbaran Campus, pitched the Tablea Molder, a patented device from the Department of Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering (ABE) under the College of Engineering and Geosciences, designed for high-recovery molding.
She was the lone participant outside Region 10, a testament to CSU’s commitment to innovation and technology transfer beyond the region. | via OVPRIE and TTLO
