The Training Needs Analysis cum Team Building Activities for the Administrative and Support Personnel of Caraga State University was conducted last May 17 and 18, 2011 at Bolihon White Beach Resort, Carmen, Agusan del Norte.
The administrative personnel from Ampayon and Cababdbaran Campuses spent the two days break from the daily rigors of their office works with fun-filled activities of self-awareness and training needs analysis as facilitated by the Guidance and Services Unit of both campuses and spearheaded by Dr. Armie Leila M. Mordeno, the Director for Administration and Finance.
The objectives of the 2-day activities were to further strengthen the working relationship of the administrative support group of both campuses and come up with an updated and doable Administrative and Support Personnel Human Resource Development Plan.
