CSU President Rolyn C. Daguil with the newly designated four Vice Presidents, CSU Board Secretary and CSU Regent Honorable Ronnie Azura actively participated in the Office of Commissioner Jo Mark M. Libre or OCJMML SUCs Undercharged Year-End Assessment of “Best Practices” and 2023 Strategic Planning. The event was held at the Luxent Hotel in Manila on December 21, 2022.
The purpose of the event was to effectively assess the State Universities and Colleges (SUCs) performance over through the preceding months and strategize planning operations for 2023 with inputs from the resource speakers.
Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Commissioner Jo Mark M. Libre dynamically and vibrantly led the twenty-four (24) SUCS under his supervision since his appointment as CHED Commissioner.
Resource Speakers were Accrediting Agency of Chartered Colleges and Universities in the Philippines (AACCUP) Executive Director, Dr. Milabel E. Ho who spoke on “Year-End Assessment of “Best Practices” among SUCs: Basis for Policy Direction and Governance.”
Assistant Solicitor General of the Office of the Solicitor General (OSG) Justice James Lee Cundangan, talked about “Mainstreaming of Duties and Functions of Board Secretaries. And Atty. Joselito C. Alisuag of CHED MIMAROPA who discussed on Brunei Darussalam-Indonesia-Malaysia-Philippines Eat ASEAN Growth Area (BIMPEAGA).
All 24 SUCs Presidents and Vice Presidents lead by CHED Commissioner Libre, few government officials and the newly appointed University of the Philippines President, Atty. Angelo A. Jimenez also graced the event. NKBerro/PICO
