The Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs of Caraga State University with Dr. Rolando N. Paluga on the lead continued its 2nd series of  Integration of Flexible Teaching and Learning in the delivery of instruction last June 11, 2020, at Caraga State University-Cabadbaran Campus. The Flexible Teaching and Learning Committee (FTLC) went to Cabadbaran Campus to orient and assist deans and all faculty members on the FTL approach and its three components.

The second series of training aimed to harmonize the digital contents for all the General Education Courses in both CSU-Main campus and CSU-Cabadbaran City campus. This undertaking does not only foster unification of digital contents, but it also advocates the University’s standards and assessment for all General Education Course (GEC) subjects namely: Mathematics in the Modern World, Science, Technology, and Society, Understanding The Self, Purposive Communication, and Self Enhancement.

On June 19, 2020, the workshop for the harmonization of Mathematics in the Modern World and Science, Technology, and Society commenced where all the College of Mathematics and Natural Sciences faculty participated along with its heads.

June 22, 2020,  was a productive day for the guidance counselors headed by the guidance and counseling office head Prof. May Ocarez. As participants in the workshop for the Self-Enhancement Subjects, they produced five (5) sample videos as output.

The last day of the 2nd series on June 24, 2020, was participated by the faculty members of the College of Humanities and Social Sciences. The participants delivered quality content videos for teaching.

The 2nd series of the Flexible Teaching and Learning (FTL) workshop enabled faculty members to harmonize GEC subjects by producing quality digital contents. With this, the University’s  educational contents will be centralized, achieving an increasingly networked and interrelated GEC curricular contents and assessment systems. JSG/OVPAA/pico
