To sustain its competitive and advanced program offerings, Caraga State University, through the Office of Curriculum and Development (OCID), facilitated a campus-wide curriculum review and rationalization on April 29-30, 2025 at HERO Learning Commons, CSU.
With faculty and personnel from both the main and Cabadbaran campuses as participants, the review aimed to assess and improve the structure, content, and efficiency of existing programs, which is crucial in the dynamic and fast-changing landscape of higher education.
The activity also presented preparations for the upcoming AY 2025-2026 and new program offerings for the next five years. Among the actions lined up are a series of stakeholders’ meetings, selection of program advisory boards, roll out of the unified program curriculum and specification format, and full implementation of Outcomes-Based Education.
