TODAY, October 7 —  In timing for this semester’s midterm examination, the CSU Office of Counseling and Career Services (OCCS) launched the Pause to Pass, an activity that provides free porridge (pospas) to students on campus.

OCCS Head Joanne A. Salan, RGC, said that the activity promotes having a nutritious breakfast as the most important meal of the day. She also promoted pausing and reflecting among students during these times to perform well in their examinations.

University President Rolyn C. Daguil was present to commend the activity in partnership with the Office of Student Welfare and Engagements (OSWE).  He also expressed support for mainstreaming the activity in the university.

The activity runs from October 7 to 11 at the Kinaadman Hall on a first-come, first-served basis.
