Overview

The Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs (OVPAA) oversees the implementation of the
educational policies and programs of the University and supervises curricular, instructional, and other academic-related activities of the University. The OVPAA is responsible for ensuring equal access to educational opportunities, fostering quality academic processes and performances, and developing strategic, developmental programs and sound policies and standards related to academic affairs.

The Offices directly under the OVPAA include the Professional Schools, Colleges, National Service Training Program, Office of Curriculum and Instruction Development, Office of Internationalization and Global Engagements, Office of Student Internship Programs, University Registrar, and University Librarian.

The Professional Schools are specialized units of the University that offer advanced education and training in various professional fields. They carry responsibility for the administration and advancement of their respective programs. This includes overseeing the student admissions processes and classification and striving to maintain high standards of academic rigor and integrity.
