Overview

The Office of the Vice President for Administration and Finance (OVPAF) oversees all aspects of the university’s administrative and financial operations. This includes developing policies, procedures, and strategies to ensure effective management of resources and compliance with relevant regulations.

The OVPAF is composed of four divisions, namely: Division for Administration Services, Division for Finance Management Services, Division for Campus Facility, Safety, and Security Services, and Division for Resource Generation and Entrepreneurial Services. 

The Division for Administration Services oversees various administrative services essential for the functioning of the university, such as human resources, procurement, supply and property management, and records management. 

The Division for Finance Management Services ensures that the financial plans and budget allocations are aligned with the University’s strategic goals and thrusts and are formulated in consultation with concerned stakeholders following the prescribed process.

The Division for Campus Facility, Safety, and Security Services defines a comprehensive set of responsibilities aimed at creating and maintaining a safe, secure, and conducive environment for teaching, learning, research, and campus life. 

The Division for Resource Generation and Entrepreneurial Services‘ role is defined as a strategic approach to generating revenue, fostering innovation, and building partnerships to support the university’s mission, vision, and long-term sustainability.
