Caraga State University awarded exemplary employees in administrative performance and research undertakings during its flag-raising ceremony on August 5, in time for the opening of the new Academic Year 2025-2026.

The awardees for the 2nd Quarter Program on Awards and Incentives for Service Excellence (PRAISE) included 97 for the punctuality, 36 for publication-related, 10 for paper presentations, 4 for Intellectual Property grants, 16 for approved extension projects, and 17 for approved externally-funded projects.

Representatives from the Civil Service Commission, led by Meshach D. Dinhayan, Director II of  Agusan del Norte Field Office, also graced the ceremony to officially hand over the Certificate of Recognition to CSU for its Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM), specifically for Recruitment, Selection, and Placement (RSP) and Performance Management (PM).

Formally recognizing the university’s significant leap in the 2025 Times Higher Education Impact Rankings, university executives also unveiled the Global Impact Shield as the newest addition to CarSU’s recognition seals. 

As the new academic year begins, CSU moves forward with a strengthened commitment to service, research, and innovation, as collectively propelled by its outstanding workforce.
