They requested some of the administration’s key offices to explore operational strategies and best practices beneficial for their future endeavors.

Unit Heads and Directors from the Office of the University and Board Secretary (OUBS), Financial Management Services (FMS), Office of Planning and Development (OPD), Human Resources Management Services (HRMS), Management Information System (MIS) Office, Procurement Office, and Research Services led the presentations and guided the visitations.
