Quality Education

To address the desired competencies and industry standards for education, Caraga State University, through its Office of Curriculum and Instruction Development, hosted a two-day trainers’ training for the Outcomes-Based Education (OBE) curriculum on November 24-25, 2025.

New faculty trainers were selected to reinforce their knowledge, skills, and attitudes required to effectively design, implement, and assess OBE-aligned curricula. The training covered curriculum mapping, outcomes formulation, instructional design, and assessment strategies.

CSU is investing in the development of skilled OBE trainers to drive instructional quality, support academic excellence, and sustain continuous improvement across its teaching practices. By building a strong cadre of trainers, CSU demonstrates its commitment to long-term human capital development.
