The program emphasizes on equipping the students with the necessary knowledge and skills and observance of the ethical standards in the practice of the counseling profession.
The Master of Public Administration develops competent, ethical, and innovative public service professionals equipped to lead transformative governance in a dynamic and digital society. Anchored on CSU’s vision of producing competent, socially engaged, upright, agile, and nurturing leaders, the program prepares students to become responsive practitioners and policy contributors who advance sustainable and inclusive development in local, regional, and national contexts.
Grounded in the core theories and practices of public administration, governance, and management, the MPA curriculum emphasizes analytical rigor, evidence-based policymaking, and applied research to address contemporary governance challenges. The Master of Science in Biology with a major in Ecology provides formal regional training and research opportunities, helping to meet the demand for highly skilled biologists in government, industry, and academia.
