Enrollment Flow
New Graduate Student, Transferee, and Second Courser
Step 1
Student
Obtain the evaluation from the concerned college/department.
Adviser
Evaluate the entrance and academic credentials of the entrant.
Step 2
Student
Secure the result from the CSAT / Entrance Examination.
Guidance and Counseling Staff
Release the CSAT Examination Result.
Step 3
Student
Submit all printed copies of the requirements/documents set forth for the “Admission and Securing Student’s ID Number” procedure.
Office of Admission and Scholarship Staff
Receive and evaluate the documents submitted by the Entrant and Update the Information System for Monitoring and Shortlisting.
Step 4
Student
Secure an accomplished Enlistment of Course(s) Form (formerly known as the “Enrollment Draft Form”)
Adviser
Issue the accomplished Enlistment of Course(s) Form where all the courses that the student may enroll in will be reflected.
Step 5
Student
Present the duly accomplished Enlistment Course(s) Form to the Enrollment Officer.
Encoder
Enlist in the student’s account in the database the courses/subjects that the student may enroll in as reflected in the accomplished Enrollment Draft.
Step 6
Student
Pay the prescribed Entrance Fee (2,500 pesos) either in person or online (Gcash).
Note: this applies only to non-scholars or non-FreeEd beneficiaries.
Cashier
Receive payment and issue corresponding Official Receipt (OR).
Step 7
Student
Present the OR so that the Certificate of Registration (COR) could be validated accordingly online.
Adviser
Validate the COR of the student online and/or once presented by official OR Number.
