Enrollment Flow
Old Undergraduate and Graduate Students
Step 1
Student
Access “Online Enrollment” module in your MySchool account.
System
Validate and allow access in the Online Enrollment module of the student respective MySchool account.
Step 2
Student
Select in the enrollment module whether you are:
- staying in the program,
- shifting to another program, or
- returning to the university.
System
Redirect enrollment module to the appropriate page of the corresponding online procedure selected by the student.
Step 3
Student
Accomplish the corresponding online procedure for:
- staying in the program,
- shifting to another program, or
- returning to the university.
Registrar, Dept. Officials, &/or Admission Officer
Evaluate, recommend, approve, and/or disapprove request on ff.online procedure applied by student:
- staying in the program,
- shifting to another program, or
- returning to the university.
Step 4
Student
Pay attention to your enrollment status on the online enrollment status page.
Registrar, Dept. Officials, &/or Admission Officer
Enlist student with courses allowed by the program adviser.
Step 5
Student
Pay the prescribed Entrance Fee (2,500 pesos) either in person or online (Gcash).
Note: this applies only to non-scholars or non-FreeEd beneficiaries.
Cashier
Receive payment and issue corresponding Official Receipt (OR).
Step 6
Student
Present the OR and/or ensuire that online clearance is duly cleared so that the Certificate of Registration (COR) could be validateed accordingly online.
Encoder
Validate the COR of the student online once online clearance is duly cleared and/or presented by official OR Number.
