Butuan’s Local Chief Executive, Hon. Ronnie Vicente C. Lagnada merrily welcomed CSU President Rolyn C. Daguil’s courtesy call at the Mayor’s Conference Room in City Hall, Butuan. Mayor Lagnada was all praises seeing CSU President, Dr. Rolyn C. Daguil after his University Presidency win.
The two leaders discussed plans and collaborative partnerships in research, entrepreneurship, and other engagement to further develop the academe and the city as well. CSU and the City Government of Butuan had productive collaborative projects, the most recent of which was the MapX or tax mapping project led by Dr. Daguil.
CSU President Daguil thanked Mayor Lagnada for his support to Caraga State University. Present during the visit were the CSU College of Computing and Information Sciences (CCIS), Dr. Vicente Pitogo, and Director for VLF, Dr. Junrie Matias. NKBerro/pico
