Following its ISO 9001:2015 recertification last year, Caraga State University (CSU) has maintained its globally recognized standards in operations, services, and systems for 2025.
SOCOTEC ISO auditors, Ms. Hannah Leah Bautista and Ms. Mercedelin Flores, led the surveillance audit through a two-day assessment of select colleges, offices, and units across both campuses on November 25-26. She noted that the university is only steps away from pursuing accreditation for ISO 21001:2018, the Educational Organizations Management System (EOMS) standard, which is specifically designed for academic institutions.

CSU has been ISO-certified since 2017 for its quality management systems and services.
Congratulations to all the auditees for a well-executed audit session. This achievement proves CSU’s continued commitment to excellence and quality service delivery. Bugsay!
