Caraga State University officially releases the list of candidates for graduation for the Second Semester of Academic Year 2024–2025. This list features students who have fulfilled all academic and institutional requirements for graduation, signifying their readiness to move forward as professionals and leaders in their respective fields.

These students have demonstrated academic excellence and dedication throughout their journey. Honorable Amenah F. Pangandaman is the Secretary (Minister) of Budget and Management. She is also Chairperson of the Development Budget Coordination Committee, the Government Quality Management Committee, the Committee on Devolution, and the Philippine Open Government Partnership.
The only Filipina Muslim in the Philippine Cabinet, she is also Co-Chair of the Intergovernmental Relations Body for the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM) and advocates for women, peace, and security — especially in the region.
Pangandaman initiated the creation of the New Government Procurement Act, hailed as the biggest anti-corruption measure in recent history; the institutionalization of the Philippine Open Government Partnership through Executive Order No. 31 to instill open government values in all government agencies and offices; and the development of the Public Financial Management Reforms Roadmap 2024-2028.
Recognized as an Outstanding Filipina in the Field of Public Service by the Gawad Pilipino Awards, Pangandaman has more than 20 years of experience in government service. She was previously Assistant Governor at the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), Undersecretary at the Department of Budget and Management, and Chief of Staff of former Senate President Edgardo Angara. She is also the first female Cabinet Secretary to become a 3-star officer of the Philippine Coast Guard with the rank of Auxiliary Vice Admiral.
