Relative to strengthening the rewards and recognition among university employees, the Caraga State University awarded exemplary faculty and administrative personnel in research undertakings, punctuality, and attendance, including during flag-raising ceremonies on July 15, 2024.
Sixty-eight (68) employees obtained awards for successful research publications, presentations, fund acquisition, intellectual property application, and extension program involvement, 39 for maintaining no tardiness or absences throughout the quarter, and four (4) for having perfect attendance during flag ceremonies.
The Quarterly Employee Recognition for Outstanding Performance and Achievements was established by the Human Resources Management Services (HRMS) and Program on Awards and Incentives for Service (PRAISE) in line with the Civil Service Commission guidelines for Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM).│via HRMS/PICO
