Formalizing their partnership, Caraga State University’s (CSU) Technology Business Incubator (TBI) offices—Navigatu and TARA Agri-Aqua—signed Memoranda of Agreement (MOAs) with their tenth batch of incubatees, Tuesday, September 8.

Dr. Riah Encarnacion, Navigatu Director, opened the program by welcoming the incoming cohort and providing an overview of TBI functions, operations, and the strategic direction awaiting Cohort 10 as they build their startups.

Following the opening remarks, Mr. Jhune Abrea, Portfolio Manager of Navigatu, introduced the incubatee consultation log, a tool designed to track startup milestones, activities, and overall progress throughout the one-year incubation period.

The event was also attended by Engr. Melgie Rose Acebo, CSU-Cabadbaran Campus TBI Head, alongside TBI program staff.
