Governor Nilo P. Demerey Jr. of the Province of Dinagat Islands and Chair of the Caraga Regional Development Council (RDC), along with his wife, visited the Office of the President on March 1, 2024, to discuss the future direction of the School of Medicine.
Officer-in-Charge and VPAF Dr. Alexander T. Demetillo and Chief Presidential Management Staff, Dr. Luisito I. Tabada, cordially welcomed the guests and chaired the meeting as representatives of President Daguil who was on official travel.
The university demonstrated its unwavering commitment to implementing its Doctor of Medicine program during the earnest conversation with Governor Demerey. The status and progress of the proposed program were emphasized during the discussion.
