June 5, 2019, four General Services Personnel were promoted to Casual Plantilla Positions. Mr. George G. Caumpay, who has been serving the University for 15 years, starting as carpenter/mason to being assistant to the University Electrician was promoted to Electrician I.
Mr. Pio C. Collado, who has been in the University for 14 years got the Carpenter I post; Mr. Marlo D. Solis, who has served the University for 21 years was raised to Utility Worker I; and Mr. Romulo T. Nalla after 11 years advanced to Plumber I.
They will be receiving all the benefits granted to permanent personnel, such as: clothing allowance, leave benefits, Productivity Enhancement Incentives, PBB Performance Bonus, Mid-Year Bonus, CNA Incentives, Year-End Bonus and Cash Gift, Personal Economic Relief Allowance (PERA), and GSIS, Pag-IBIG, and Philhealth Premiums.
The University recognized the loyalty and services rendered with fervor by the mentioned personnel and were warmly received for courtesy call at the Office of the University President.
CSU President, Dr. Anthony M. Penaso together with the Director of General Services, Engr. Marilou G. Umpad, Human Resource and Management Services Director, Ms. Jenny Mae F. Bersabal, Vice President for Executive Operations and Auxiliary Services, Dr. Luisito I. Tabada, and the Vice President for Administration and Finance, Dr. Armie Leila M.
