Caraga State University (CSU) celebrates a major milestone after earning a Level II Maturity Status in Recruitment, Selection, and Placement (RSP) and Performance Management (PM) under the Civil Service Commission’s (CSC) PRIME-HRM program. The successful onsite assessment conducted by CSC-Caraga on June 10-11, 2025, affirms CSU’s commitment to building a professional, merit-based, and performance-driven workplace.
This feat reflects CSU’s efforts to institutionalize fair, transparent, and performance-driven Human Resource (HR) systems. Strengthened hiring processes and structured performance evaluation frameworks have been key to this achievement, further aligning HR practices with national standards.
