CSU President is regional awardee for Gawad Lingkod Bayan ng Pangulo

Caraga State University proudly shares a new accolade earned by University President Rolyn C. Daguil, PhD, this year’s regional awardee for the Gawad Lingkod Bayan ng Pangulo – Individual Category.

President Daguil was recognized for his exemplary leadership, dedication to public service, and commitment to innovation and development in higher education, research, and public governance in the region.

The Gawad Lingkod Bayan ng Pangulo is among the highest honors conferred on public servants who demonstrate exceptional contributions to government service, going above and beyond their duties to deliver lasting public impact.

Dr. Daguil received the award during the Lingkod Bayani Fiesta in Butuan City on September 19, 2025, as part of the 125th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary led by the Civil Service Commission Caraga Region. He was joined by family and representatives from CSU Human Resource Management Services.

As CSU continues to champion transformative education, innovation, and sustainability, this recognition fuels the university’s mission to serve as a catalyst for regional development and nation-building.
