CSU’s Ka-agri planted their way to the nationals!
Seven (7) of the 10 top spots in the 11th Regional Organic Agriculture Quiz were secured by select Golden Paddlers from the College of Agriculture and Agri-Industries, cementing the university’s third consecutive representation in the nationals.
Caraga State University earned the following spots and a cash prize sum of Php 42,000.00 out of 41 contestants from the Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) of the region:
First place – Warren S. Abadinas with Php 15,000.00 cash prize
Second place – Juveriel D. Tenio with Php 12,000.00 cash prize
Third place – Emmanuel A. Ipanag with Php 10,000.00 cash prize
Fifth place – Regie P. Abando with Php 5,000.00 cash prize
Sixth place – Qyzyr T. Cezar
Eighth place – Jeneffer C. Relabo
Tenth place – Angela C. Mordeno
The top placer, Mr. Warren Abadinas, will bring the university’s banner to the nationals this November 26-28, 2025 in Quezon City. Ms. Febie Paglinawan stood as a proud coach for all top contestants.
The quiz bee forms part of the Search For Kabataang OA, facilitated by the Agricultural Training Institute (ATI) Caraga and the Department of Agriculture, held on November 6, 2025 at the Grand Palace Hotel, Butuan City.
