Caraga State University (CSU) proudly announces the successful completion of the Exchange Student Program of DC Shella Cubillas, a senior student taking up Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Filipino under the College of Education (CEd), at National Quemoy University (NQU) through the New Southbound Policy Elite Study Program 2025, marking another milestone in the university’s commitment to internationalization and global academic collaboration.

The exchange program, conducted from September 2025 to January 2026, enabled Cubillas to pursue academic coursework, cultural immersion, and collaborative learning opportunities at NQU. Throughout the program, the student engaged in diverse academic activities aligned with their respective fields of study, gaining valuable international exposure and enhancing their global competencies.

During her stay at NQU, Cubillas participated in lectures, laboratory work, research discussions, and cross-cultural activities alongside international peers. The program fostered academic excellence, cultural understanding, and the development of 21st-century skills essential in today’s globalized education landscape.

University officials from both institutions highlighted the exchange as a testament to the strong partnership between Caraga State University and NQU. The collaboration reflects a shared vision of promoting quality education, cross-border knowledge exchange, and mutual cultural appreciation.
