The Business and Resource Management Office is being established to plan, formulate, and implement sustainable business ventures for the University. The Office provides administrative support to the University by developing and implementing strategic initiatives that are aimed at ensuring effective business operations of the income-generating projects of the University, financial management, and resource allocation to support the mission, goals, and sustainability of the University. The BRMO establishes key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of business and resource management activities of the University, and conducts regular performance evaluations to assess outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
