The newly released Board Action of the Accrediting Agency of Chartered Colleges and Universities in the Philippines (AACCUP), Inc., revealed that the Main Campus’ BS Information Technology (BSIT), AB Sociology (AB Socio), and MS Information Technology (MSIT) are reaccredited at Level IV and III, respectively, fortifying the university’s list of sustained and quality-certified programs.
In detail, BSIT is Level IV re-accredited until March 15, 2031. This remains one of the programs with proven academic excellence and credibility. Attaining this highest level of accreditation means that BSIT has continually produced strong outcomes in instruction, research, extension, and internationalization.
AB Socio and MSIT, on the other hand, are Level III reaccredited until March 15, 2030. Their commitment to continuous quality improvement is poised to push them to Level IV in the next evaluation cycle.
This achievement is an added accolade to the university’s commitment to quality education. Just this March, CSU ranked 1st among the Top-performing Colleges and Universities in the Philippines for having the highest number of Level IV-accredited programs in 2025.
