About the Office

The Supply and Property Management Office manages the university’s supplies and tangible assets, including land, buildings, furniture, and equipment. The office develops and implements systems and procedures for tracking and maintaining university assets throughout their lifecycle, conducts regular inspections, schedules preventive maintenance, and coordinates repairs or replacements to maximize asset lifespan and performance. The SPMO also prepares monitoring reports on property appraisal and disposal annually and establishes efficient feedback mechanisms. Further, the Office publishes and disseminates relevant rules and guidelines to provide awareness and clear guidance for accountable persons. Lastly, it monitors performance metrics and ensures compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and university policies governing supply chain management, procurement, and property management and disposal.
