Caraga State University (CSU) continues to strengthen its commitment to internationalization through strategic partnerships, global academic participation, and collaborative research initiatives.

Research Development and Innovation Centers (RDICs/RDIEs) are hubs that support research, technology development, and innovation. In research initiatives, they strengthen collaboration, build research capacity, and help translate research outputs into practical and economic benefits.

Its priority areas include crop production, biodiversity conservation, smart education, digital transformation, and eco-governance, all aimed at driving sustainable growth and development in the Caraga region.

Caraga State University (CSU) continues to expand its research footprint, as evidenced by its all-time publication performance in Scopus. As of the latest data, CSU researchers have collectively contributed 657 scholarly works since 2010, authored by 662 scholars, showcasing the university’s dedication to advancing knowledge across various disciplines.

FUNDING OPPORTUNITIES

Caraga State University (CSU) obtains external funding from sources beyond its regular government appropriations and internally generated income, including grants, contracts, donations, and sponsorships from national agencies, local government units, private organizations, industry partners, and international institutions to support research, academic, extension, and innovation initiatives. CSU also allocates internal funding from its own resources, such as government appropriations and internally generated income.
