A select group of students and faculty from Tatung University, Taiwan, arrived at the Cabadbaran Campus on April 20, 2026, for a five-day cultural exchange. This marks one of the biggest delegations received by the university for its inbound international mobility program.
University President Rolyn C. Daguil and Campus Director Deomila B. Mamaoag formally welcomed these delegates together with Prof. Chu Shou Yang, Tatung University’s lead implementer, during their flag ceremony. This was followed by a guided campus tour to experience university life and explore CSU’s buildings and other facilities. The opening day ended with a PANAG-ABUT: A Weave of Culture, organized by the Student & Personnel Performing Arts Unit.

Throughout their five-day stay, these students and faculty will participate in joint workshops and immersion activities showcasing Caraganon heritage and Filipino culture across the Cabadbaran Campus.
This activity also fulfills the Memorandum of Understanding signed by both universities, which promises to collaborate on cultural and educational student mobility, anchored in CSU’s internationalization agenda.
Welcome to CSU, Tatung University. Bugsay!
