This year’s result of the Regional Annual Administrative Tactical Inspection (RAATI) is a step higher than last year, with Golden Paddlers attaining 95.98% overall rate for its administrative efficiency, training management, cadet competency, and operational preparedness.
Colonel Ray P. Pasco, GSC (INF), PA, still stood as the chairperson of the evaluation today, May 5, 2026, at the university grounds. He and his team assessed the ROTC officers’ and cadet leaders’ mastery and execution of the following areas of operation: administrative inspection, inspection of ranks, close-order drill, platoon integrated tactics, map reading, weapons, knot tying, comprehensive examination, basic life support, and evaluation of training staff.
Present in the said activity were University President Rolyn C. Daguil, VP for Student Affairs and Auxiliary Services Dr. Rissa L. Mercado, and NSTP Director Dr. Minnie L. Bulay.

With the same evaluator and areas of inspection, this year’s batch improved last year’s performance of 94.048%. The current result shows the enhanced training, discipline, and systems of the university’s reserve officers.
Bugsay, CSU-ROTC for the excellent RAATI performance!
