The Office of the Vice President for Executive Operations’ (OVPEO) role is to ensure the efficient and effective functioning of administrative and operational processes, supporting the overall mission and goals of the university. The Office plays a crucial role in strategic planning initiatives, working closely with university leadership to develop and implement strategies aligned with the institution’s goals and objectives. The OVPEO spearheads the development and implementation of university policies and procedures related to executive operations, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

The OVPEO is composed of two divisions, namely: the Division for Strategic Foresight and Management and the Division for Information and Public Affairs.
