Project Management Office
Offices Under OVPEO - Division for Strategic Foresight and Management
About the Office
The Project Management Office (PMO) serves as the University’s central unit for monitoring, evaluation, and performance analytics of institutional programs, projects, and initiatives. It ensures that implementation across units is systematically tracked, assessed, and aligned with expected outcomes, supporting evidence-based decision-making and institutional accountability.
The PMO plays a critical role in consolidating and validating performance data, transforming operational information into actionable insights for University leadership and external stakeholders. It leads the preparation of key monitoring and evaluation reports required by oversight agencies, ensuring that institutional accomplishments are accurately documented and communicated.
Working closely with the Office of Planning and Quality Management Services (OPQMS) and other units, the PMO supports the integration of monitoring and evaluation results into planning, reporting, and performance management systems.
It also contributes to strengthening transparency and governance by identifying risks, tracking implementation progress, and recommending timely interventions.
Through its data-driven and results-oriented approach, the PMO reinforces a culture of accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement across the University.
