Caraga State University (CSU), through its Project Management Office (PMO) and Engineering and Construction Office (ECO), successfully facilitated the Regional Development Project Monitoring Committee (RDPMC) Executive Field Monitoring of ongoing university infrastructure projects on August 13, 2026, covering CSU Butuan and Cabadbaran campuses.

The activity brought together representatives from the RDPMC, including Ms. Cristy Dacuyan of the Department of Economy, Planning, and Development (DEPDev) RO XIII, Mr. Jesse James Furia of the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) RO XIII, and Ms. Jeanette Aboloc of the Agusan del Norte Provincial Planning and Development Office, to assess the progress and implementation of the University’s infrastructure projects.

Site visits and assessments were conducted for the Completion of the Ladies and Gents Dormitory at the CSU Butuan Campus and the Completion of the CSUCC Academic Building Complex at the CSU Cabadbaran Campus. The activity provided an avenue for open discussion of project-related matters and strengthened coordination with government partners and stakeholders.

The feedback and insights gained support the University’s continuing efforts to improve infrastructure project implementation, particularly in managing major capital outlay projects, while reinforcing CSU’s commitment to good governance and accountability in its operations.

Through these engagements, CSU continues to work closely with its government partners in addressing implementation gaps, improving project delivery, and supporting the timely completion of infrastructure projects that will benefit its stakeholders.
