The results of the March 2026 Licensure Exam for Teachers (LET) for both levels were released today, May 12, 2026, revealing 87 Golden Paddlers who are now licensed professional teachers across Elementary and Secondary Levels. Adding to the feat are two top placers in the Secondary Level: Jobie M. Senados at 7th place with 93% passing rate and Ailah R. Abenir at 8th place with 93.60%.
At the Elementary Level, all four (4) first-time takers passed, resulting in a 40.00% passing rate. At the Secondary Level, the Main Campus had 59 passers, raising the passing rate to 78.67%. The 24 passers of the Cabadbaran Campus even raised the percentage higher with 92.31%. Furthermore, all first-takers at the secondary level had a passing rate of more than 90%.
The national passing rate for the Elementary Level is 56.08%, with the Secondary Level at 73.14%.
The results demonstrated the continued excellence of the colleges across campus in molding future educators who create futures and empower communities. Just last year, the Main Campus’ College of Education (CEd) was named one of the Teacher Education Institutions (TEIs) in the country to serve as a program implementer and regional hub for the initiative, representing Eastern Mindanao for the Teacher Education Excellence Center (TEEC). Three of their programs also earned the Level IV status, the highest status awarded by the Accrediting Agency of Chartered Colleges and Universities in the Philippines, Inc. (AACCUP) for academic programs in the country.
