Dr. Anthony Penaso, Caraga State University President received the Magkuno Lifetime Achievement Award for Leadership in Higher Education and a Plaque of Commendation as former Caraga Association of State Universities and Colleges (CASUC) President.

Caraga State University President, Dr. Anthony M. Penaso was unanimously voted by the 54 member Caraga Higher Education Institutions Association of Presidents and Heads Inc. (CHEIAPH), an association of private and public universities and colleges of Caraga region as its President last January 7, 2019 at Almont Inland Resort and Hotel, Butuan City.

CSU President Anthony M. Penaso and other select State Universities and Colleges (SUCs) Presidents attended a Seminar and PASUC Summit meeting on August 9-10, 2017 held at the Shangri-La’sMactan Resort and Spa in Cebu City.
