Public Information and Communication Office

The Public Information and Communication Office (PICO) operates under the purview of the Office of the Vice President for Executive Operations and Auxiliary Services (OVPEOAS). As the primary channel for information and communication to its stakeholders and the general public, PICO is responsible for promoting significant university events, announcements, and recognitions from all its pillars. This role includes multimedia and content production, visual documentation, and other university promotional materials development. The office also leads the dissemination of vital information to and from the University employees, clientele, and partners by ensuring proper communication protocols and mediums. Lastly, it also liaises with external partners and agencies to ensure that the top management receives information about important institutional developments, potential collaborative initiatives, and funding opportunities, among others.
